Create literature on each of the Laws of Cricket and subsequent playing condition/ rules framed as per local requirement.
List of practical problems /scenarios and how to mitigate them for each Law / playing conditions.
Create audiovisual presentations of laws and their interpretations.
Create video clippings of instances and situations for enreaching techniques.
Hold training programmes / seminars / refresher courses at Ahmedabad and all district assoicaitions / centers.
Identify the prospective umpires who have the potential to go up and train them intensively.
Hold coaching class for umpires on interpretation of laws and playing conditions on a continuous basis on weekends / holidays.
Act as a reference point for all – Umpires / cricketers, administrators and others.
Arrange guest lectures.
Arrange training programmes on health and dieting.
Arrange classes on man management and situation handling.
Facilitate individual skill enhancement programmes.
